Cukarini

Crispy cookies are a specialty of Korčula cuisine. They are known for their citrus flavor and a crispy, soft interior. After they are baked, they are dipped in rose liqueur and sugar. They have no filling, and it is recommended to enjoy them with homemade Prosecco.
